GIPAT srl provides free technical assistance only for technical problems related to malfunctions of the proprietary software supplied and technical problems of the machine itself.

GIPAT srl is not required to provide assistance regarding the design and development part of the projects that will then be cut with the machines; although it is not required to provide assistance in this regard, it provides its customers with a series of videos and video guides that explain how to proceed in the creation and implementation of the projects that can be consulted on their own Youtube channel.
