Assembly guide

Step 1

Undo the screws on both ends of the horizontal axis

When removing the screws present at the ends of the axles, please take particular care not to remove the screw present on the side of the axis (screw circled in red).

Step 1

Undo the screws on both ends of the horizontal axis

When removing the screws present at the ends of the axles, please take particular care not to remove the screw present on the side of the axis (screw circled in red).

Step 2

Undo the screws inside the vertical axis.

Unscrew only the two screws indicated by the arrows inside the vertical axis.

Step 3

Position and overlap the axis.

Pay particular attention to the correct positioning of the axis making sure that the motors are on the same side.

Step 3

Position and overlap the axis

Pay particular attention to the correct positioning of the axis making sure that the motors are on the same side.

Step 4

Connect the motor of the horizontal axis

Place the vertical axis on the work surface and, turning the horizontal axis slightly, connect the only motor that is not connected.

Step 5

Fasten the axles together

Reposition the axis vertically to secure them with the two screws removed in step 2. Make sure to position the 2 “T-nuts” inside the profile to make them match the screw seats.

Step 5

Fasten the axles together

Reposition the axis vertically to secure them with the two screws removed in step 2. Make sure to position the 2 “T-nuts” inside the profile to make them match the screw seats.

Step 6

Polystyrene fixing system

A– If there are black metal corners in the box, proceed by inserting the “T-nuts” inside the horizontal axis profile.
B – If inside the box there are the brackets shown in the photo on the right you can go to the next step.

Step 7

Side plates fixing

Screw the electronics plate onto the horizontal axis, positioning it on the same side where we find the “belt tensioner” indicated with an arrow in the photo on the left. Screw the plate with the PolyShaper logo on the other side of the horizontal axis.

Step 7

Side plates fixing

Screw the electronics plate onto the horizontal axis, positioning it on the same side where we find the “belt tensioner” indicated with an arrow in the photo on the left. Screw the plate with the PolyShaper logo on the other side of the horizontal axis.

Polystyrene blocking system

Follow the instructions according to the system contained in your box

Fixing system with angles

Screw the corner pieces onto the horizontal axis

Position the angles on the horizontal axis by screwing them to the “T-nuts” previously inserted (Step 6-A). Fasten the left corner by tightening the screw completely. Position the polystyrene panel by placing it against the angle just fixed. By applying a little pressure on the right corner in the direction of the polystyrene, then fix it by tightening the screw.
